FREE classes designed for women who have been abused by a spouse, partner or boyfriend.
Classes meet once a week, last two hours, and are facilitated in a safe, supportive environment with videos, guest speakers, interactive exercises and plenty of opportunity for discussion.

ARMS |
ARMS (Abuse Recovery Ministry and Services) is starting two new domestic violence support groups. One is in Canby every Monday from 7 – 8:30 and offers child care, the other one is in Gresham on Tuesday from 7-8:30. |
