Thank you for considering CWS as the beneficiary of your fundraising efforts. Community members play a crucial role in raising financial support for the services CWS provides to survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
Our In-Kind Fundraising consists of in-kind donation drives that are conducted by individuals, schools, groups of faith or other groups. After contacting our Development Department, community members are given a short list of our current needs.
We consistently are in need of non-perishable food, linens in solid colors, cleaning products and paper products (such as toilet paper and paper towels). All donations are used at our emergency shelter, which can house up to 13 adults and 20 children at a time. We do not accept drives of used items, including clothing, or any opened toiletry items.
In order to streamline these fundraising efforts, and to provide the best support to those community members that are helping CWS, we kindly request that you review and fill out the following In-Kind Community Fundraising Guidelines. We will inform you of the approval status of your proposal in a timely manner. On occasion, decisions may need to be reviewed at the CWS Board of Directors monthly meeting.
Once you have your form complete, please e-mail the form to our Community Engagement Coordinator, Bradi Grebien-Samkow, firstname.lastname@example.org.
